Love the Cashback program. Use that money to shop or ask for the cash to be sent to us. 🎯

This app has earned me money as much it is it saved me money for the past 10 years. It tipped me off with sales comparison pricing as well as streamlining my shopping experience with repeat orders of my favorite things. I love my website

A great website to earn cash back on your every day spending!!! The app makes it easy to order stuff and navigate through everything easily!!

One of the worst apps I’ve used, it literally always crashes. I click the app and it instantly crashes. Not worth using.

It’s a nice looking designed app, but forever when I try to reorder from past orders, app defaults to the smallest size and must manually enter larger products to cart. Also why does Apple Pay STILL not work?!? Same with scanning a new credit card. App doesn’t want to capture a new card. Frustrating 😠

App is useless. Cant sign in using the right email and password. On the app only 7-20 characters passwords are accepted. My password is 25 characters which is able to login on the mobile or desktop version but cant login on app.

The application often generates an Error message when you submit the order. It then appears as if your order did not go through. So you try it again but same thing. Then you see where it charged your card twice!!! Getting that second order stopped, never works, so just stuck with it. Speaking from experience!

Oh my gosh, the glitches have rendered this app useless! I can’t order, I can’t add to my autoship, I can’t do anything useful anymore! Last time I tried to order using the app, the transaction went through (TWICE!) on my PayPal, but the order was never made through the website. It was a mess and I had to go two weeks without my supplements. This is why shopping at a store is so much better.

I placed an order a week ago and still have yet to receive any communication about it. No tracking updates, can’t even locate it or find contact info from seller thru the app, you have to go through the site. Emailed support AND the seller I bought from, and now I’m scared they stole money from me because so many other people have paid and never received their items through this site. They already took money from my account and my item hasn’t even been sent to me. I thought this was legit since google advertised them. If there is someone that can help me that runs shop.com please contact me or I will contact Better Business Bureau about my stolen money

I basically saving so much on my daily spending and help my family saving a lot as well...specially we going out to eat, and we get cashback from all the shop local!!!! 😁👍🏻

People who wanna use it ask help from someone who introduce it to you. They will teach you how to use it much better! You won't figure out by yourself. Trust me!

I was ordering a large order on jet.com through my shop.com app. and it took a really long to time to scroll through and search and find the things that my family and I were needing and I had just over 100$ worth of things for our house and when I went to put in one of the discount codes offered(triple15) it deleted my entire order and I was very upset. I am also experience a hard time getting back on to earn cashback. If you could please take note and see if there is anything that can be resolved. Thank you!

This app is an exercise in futility. Searches return hundreds of products completely unrelated to what you searched. When you do find the product you want, all too often the price increase when you click to go to the store offering the item. The app is also boasts that it pays cashback for shopping thru it, but I have found quite a few stores that give 0 cashback. Also, many of the apps private label products (the supplements in particular) are ridiculously overpriced.

App does not go past the load screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no avail. Fix the app.

I was going to buy stuff but it was hard to navigate the app then when I got to check out all I got where sever errors and no assistance. So I didn't buy stuff.

Using this app on an iPad. App does not go landscape. Apps like this are very annoying to use on tablets since most tablet users navigate in landscape mode.

Repeated server connection errors and unable to place orders. Deleted app. Will try again later.

It is not able put the keywords of partner store name in the search. Please fix it.

Every time I click to confirm my order the App closes and logs me out.

Won't let me cancel my order I didn't want the items I wanted to put it on my wish list but it purchased the items and now I can't cancel my order and it took money from my account

Hello: plz see the review SHOP•COM can do it better ! Better user image better speed and then !!! And need got better quality for iPhone 6 and plus !

Once I downloaded the app, I could no longer view the full site on my IPad. The "full site" tab does not work no matter how many times I press it. Just like trying to tap a star here, nothing happens. App is too limited.

The experience I've had using this app has been amazing. Being able to receive cash back from almost every known store I would or I should say used to shop at. It's convenient and you can get cash back from the people you recommend to shop from here as well!

Strong improvements since the app's inception. Very easy to navigate and place product orders.. Would love to see improvements with the barcode scanner for in store shopping..

Easy shopping

This app would be excellent if there weren't glitches in the search mode. I hit done and it won't let me scroll down to choose. It also doesn't pick up all the keywords and things are left out of a search. Fix it and it would be a 5 star app.

Except for occasional erroneous match of barcode to product, everything is great. Esp after the first patch that addressed the UI of swipe to navigate. Thanks for this awesome modern app, can't wait for full release.

App opens and before I can view products, app says Applications Not Available and then when you press OK it closes.

Used to work ok. Now the search won't work with anything. Barcode scanner doesn't work at all. It's unfortunate that the app that we tout as being so cutting edge...is currently USELESS Please fix ASAP

Has all the hard to find coupon codes! Great as a product comparison app too. Has lots of stores to compare with and allows you to get the Internet deals/coupon codes that you can't get by shopping in the store. Was able to order online through the app (while at the store) and get a better price on an item at Home Depot after selecting in store pickup. It will save you $$!

I would give this app a 5 star rating if it would load more often and didn't crash as much.

So easy to find what I want at the price I want. Plus get CashBack!

As a business owner this app is great, I am able to do all the things I would normally do on my laptop on my phone now. Talk about a mobile business. The improvements from a customer standpoint includes better search capability and a lot better barcode scanner. If you want one of the best shopping apps that combines great deals/coupons/comparison etc. this is it.

Cannot register new customers, crashes every time. PLEASE FIX THIS

As an MA distributor, I find quite a few glitches in this app. For starters, I'm unable to share a product to Facebook or anywhere else for that matter. An error message pops up stating there is an internal problem and to restart the app; however, restarting only creates a vicious cycle of crashes. Really puts a damper on my ability to share info instantly to my 1,500 Facebook friends...hope it gets a makeover and update soon.
